Beverly Dudek (Moore) VIEW PROFILE

Beverly R Moore, 76, passed away on Sunday August 3, 2014. Beverly was born in Marshalltown, Iowa on July 22, 1935 to Lester and Ella (Hisenrote) Dudek. She graduated from Iowa State in 1956. Soon after graduation, Beverly married her husband of 53 years, James Moore, and they started their life together in Cedar Rapids, IA. In 1976 Beverly and James moved their family to Massachusetts.

Beverly leaves behind four children. She was the proud grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Beverly (Dudek) Moore - 79, July 22, 1935-August 3, 2014.

Beverly R Moore, wife of the late James Moore, passed away peacefully on August 3rd after a short illness.

Beverly was born in Marshalltown, Iowa to Lester and Ella (Hisenrote) Dudek. She attended Iowa State University (Pi Beta Phi) and graduated in 1956. Soon after graduation, Beverly married her husband of 53 years James Moore and they started their life together in Cedar Rapids, IA, where Beverly volunteered for multiple community organizations including serving for the local United Way chapter. In 1976 Beverly and James moved their family to Duxbury, Massachusetts where James was appointed President of Bay State Specialty Company, then located in Middleboro, MA.

In the mid 80's Beverly founded Choice Point, a Duxbury, MA consulting firm focused on improving organizations creativity and knowledge of left and right brain learning styles. Among her clients were several fortune 500 companies as well as a long standing relationship with Arthur Anderson, providing education and training for them at their St. Charles, IL, training center.

Throughout her life Beverly was an advocate for creativity and was a regular attendee and educator/facilitator at the Creative Problem Solving Institute (CPSI) in Buffalo, NY. Her greatest loves were her devoted husband, traveling the globe and welcoming people into her home to celebrate life.

Beverly leaves behind 4 children, Julie Moore and her partner Patricia Mullee, of Duxbury MA, Daniel Moore of Carver, MA, Michael Moore and his wife Joanne of Plymouth, MA and Joel Moore and his wife Laurie, of Plymouth, MA. Beverly was the proud grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 3 great grand children.

A memorial service will be held in her honor at 3pm on Thursday, August 21st, at The Pavilion at Plimouth Plantation, 137 Warren Ave., Plymouth, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to the Promotional Products Scholarship fund - www.ppef.us

Norma Hanson (Marshall)

To the family of Bev Dudek Moore....My sympathy in your tremendous loss. Beverly was an outstanding person in every way. She certainly did so much for other people and am sure you all are very proud to be her family.
